At 44 Pixels, we want you to be completely satisfied with Interior AI. This Refund Policy outlines your options if you're not happy with your purchase.

2. Credit Packs

Interior AI uses a credit system for generating designs:

2.1 Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you purchase a credit pack and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:

  • You have not used more than 25% of the credits
  • This is your first refund request for credit packs

2.2 After 7 Days or Partial Usage

After the 7-day period or if you have used more than 25% of purchased credits, credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable. However:

  • We may offer partial refunds for unused credits in exceptional circumstances
  • We may provide account credits for future use
  • Technical issues preventing credit usage will be addressed on a case-by-case basis

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
  • You will not be charged for future periods after cancellation

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

If you're not satisfied with an annual subscription:

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of monthly credits used
  • Prorated refunds may be available for the first 3 months under exceptional circumstances
  • After 3 months, we typically cannot offer refunds but you may contact us to discuss

3.3 Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing period:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date
  • We do not provide refunds for renewals you forgot to cancel

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been fully used
  • Subscription time that has passed
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or heavily discounted purchases (except within first 7 days)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

5. Quality Issues

If you're unsatisfied with the quality of AI-generated designs:

  • Contact us with specific examples of quality issues
  • We may provide bonus credits to try additional generations
  • Refunds for quality concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • AI results vary and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@44pixels.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Specify what purchase you're requesting a refund for
  4. Provide the reason for your refund request
  5. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Bank processing times may vary
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • We cannot expedite your bank's processing time
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase
