The designs generated by our AI are artistic interpretations and may not be structurally accurate or feasible for actual implementation. Before making any actual changes to your space:

• Verify structural feasibility with appropriate professionals

• Any third-party content or services accessed through the Service
• Implementation of AI-suggested designs in real spaces

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 44 Pixels and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
